As a performer, I struggled with anxiety, before, during and after a performance. It was starting to affect my auditions and ultimatley my work. I needed to find the calm.  For years, I did Yoga as a form of "exercise", but I found that It was much more than that, Yoga is a way of life.  WIth a deep study and dedicated practice of  YOGA and Meditation,  I am able to overcome any feelings of anxiety  and many other mindful issues.

I find that my daily morning practice focused set with a specific calming intention, centers and grounds me for anything that comes my way.  My practice encourages confidence, as well as providing me a method of manifestation for achieving my goals.
